Job Description: The Role and Impact As a Software Application Development Engineer, you will play a hands‑on role in creating and enhancing software applications that deliver impactful solutions to end users. From designing and developing full‑stack applications to performing rigorous testing, your work will ensure high‑quality software that meets diverse user needs. Your contributions will directly support Intel's innovation in software development and empower our users with robust, efficient, and reliable applications. Business group Intel's Software Application Development team focuses on developing cutting‑edge applications used by end users or integrated with partner technologies. This group leverages modern software development methodologies to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency and performance for Intel's global operations and product ecosystems. By joining this team, you'll be part of a collaborative environment dedicated to advancing Intel's mission and delivering impactful software solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and debug software applications across the full stack, including both frontend and backend development. - Analyze user stories, write functional and test code, and automate build and deployment processes. - Perform unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing of applications to ensure quality and reliability. - Follow secure coding practices and software compliance guidelines while developing features. - Collaborate with product security engineers to complete SDL tasks and ensure application security. - Work with technical writers to document installation and maintenance procedures for software products. - Interact with end users to define system requirements and implement necessary modifications.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Computer Engineer and equivalent /in a relevant field with more than 2 years of hands-on experience in software development, showcasing skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands‑on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming using languages such as Python and C#
• Familiarity with database technologies and query languages such as SQL and stored procedures.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, big data, and data engineering (knowledge of Azure is a plus).
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools and techniques.
• Basic proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 years of experience will be apart of consideration.
• Bachelor of IT (Hons.) in Computer Application Development and equvialent
• Good to have the knowledge of programming language C++, ASP.NET, or Angular .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude toward learning and applying new technologies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of design patterns and full-stack software frameworks.
