Job summary

Prospex Recruiting is seeking a Graduate Project Engineer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will work on delivering building automation projects from inception to completion, under guidance from senior engineers.

The role suits hands-on graduates in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical disciplines who can manage multiple projects, communicate clearly with clients and teams, and contribute to design, installation, testing and commissioning activities on site.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with energy and dedication.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Contribute to the design and engineering of building control systems under the guidance of senior staff.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and technician staff to ensure project requirements are met.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among all project participants, ensuring alignment on objectives and progress.
• Provide on-site assistance and support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of projects.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues during project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to the preparation of reports as required.

We actively require a Graduate Project Engineer to join our team in Johor.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  
• Contribute to the design and engineering of building control systems under the guidance of senior staff.
  
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and technician staff to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

• A recent engineering graduate in Mechatronics/Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical
  
• Be able to focus on several simultaneous projects with energy, enthusiasm and dedication
  
• Be a "hands-on", practical person with a strong interest in field-based work
  
• Have excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
  
• Hold a current Driving License
