Job summary

VS Industry Bhd is seeking a Graduate Engineer Jr. (Test/ Quality/ Process/ R&D/ Maintenance) to join our manufacturing teams in Senai, Johor. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1 year of experience considered an asset.

You will support multiple engineering functions including process, quality, testing, maintenance, and R&D, contribute to NPI and process setup, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year experience is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities

Support engineering activities across assigned departments (Process, Quality, Test, Maintenance, or R&D).
Assist in new product introduction (NPI), process setup, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and basic failure analysis.
Monitor and improve product quality, yield, and production efficiency.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and work instructions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Carry out any other duties as required.
