INV New Material Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a fresh graduate Engineer to join as a Process and Quality entrant.

You will contribute to analyzing manufacturing processes, supporting SOPs, and collecting data to aid decisions. The role focuses on process improvement and quality assurance in a lithium battery separator manufacturing setting. Ideal for recent engineers eager to apply theory, develop practical skills, and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of process engineering and quality concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing existing manufacturing or operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support process optimization, standardization, and documentation (SOPs, work instructions, flowcharts).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to support decision-making.
• Participate in process trials, validations, and improvement projects.
• Support implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring product and process quality to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
• Support quality inspections, audits, and root cause analysis for non-conformances.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Support compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or industry-specific regulations.
