AirAsia Berhad is seeking an Executive, Governance, Assurance & Planning (GAP) to coordinate ICT governance activities, audits, training, and document control across the Group ICT function. The role supports UAR monitoring, airport pass administration, and the ISO/IEC 20000 programme, requiring strong organizational skills and proactive collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

A related degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to coordinate across stakeholders.
• Experience in governance, audits, document control, or procurement is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ICT governance activities, audits, training, and document control.
• Support User Access Review monitoring, airport pass administration, and ISO 20000 coordination.
• Maintain trackers, collect data for governance reporting, and escalate issues as needed.
• Engage with internal auditors, PICs, and vendors to ensure timely actions and compliance.
