Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an IT Governance Manager to lead and enhance the organisation's IT governance framework. You will align IT practices with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, overseeing framework design, audits, risk management, and continuous improvement of governance maturity.

Key duties include governance policy oversight, risk assessments, and ensuring control effectiveness to strengthen compliance posture and governance maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related discipline.
• Certified IT security such as CISSP or CISM preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT governance, audit coordination, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and maintenance of IT governance policies, standards and procedures.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory engagements and remediation activities.
• Identify governance risks and monitor control effectiveness and maturity.
