Job summary

Touch ‘n Go Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Associate Director, IT Governance to align IT strategy with business goals, enforce policies, and manage risk with oversight of governance programs. You will lead audits, change control, and performance reporting to the CTO.

The role requires deep COBIT/ITIL/ISO knowledge and 10–12 years in IT governance, with at least 6 years in a leadership capacity. Hybrid work, flexi hours, and extensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–12 years in IT governance, risk management and compliance.
• 6+ years in a leadership role; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT governance framework aligned to business goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk assessment and audits.
• Oversee change management, policies, and IT performance reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors and CTO on governance activities.
• Lead IT governance team and drive continuous improvement.
