Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mineral Processing Engineering.
• 8–12 years’ experience in maintenance, reliability, or operations.
• Minimum 5 years leading metallurgical and process teams in a process plant.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily plant performance (throughput, recovery, reagent consumption, grade); forecast budgets.
• Oversee major process equipment performance; monitor power, grind, throughput, wear rates.
• Identify opportunities to improve plant performance and stability; provide equipment guidance to ops/maintenance.
• Develop and update operating procedures and process documentation.
• Plan and conduct metallurgical test work (grinding, leaching, CIL/CIP, elution).
• Lead safety culture and chair safety meetings as needed.
