Job summary

Progressive Impact Technology is seeking a GM Office & Business Governance Executive in Malaysia to support the GM in meetings, reviews and strategic initiatives. You will prepare agendas, minutes and reports while maintaining trackers and dashboards to monitor performance and risks.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, following up on actions, supporting budgeting and governance, and assisting with business analysis for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business coordination, management support, project coordination, governance or similar roles.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial sectors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in management meetings, business reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes and management reports.
• Maintain and monitor Management Action Trackers, KPI dashboards and strategic initiative trackers.
• Follow up with HODs and team members on management decisions, actions and deadlines.
• Coordinate weekly War Room / management meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Monitor business performance including sales, projects, operations, finance and key initiatives.
• Support annual business planning, budgeting, KPI setting and strategic execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and escalate critical issues, delays and risks to the GM.
• Support business governance, compliance, audit actions and management approvals.
• Prepare business analysis, presentations and briefing materials to support management decision-making.
• Support special projects, business improvement initiatives and other assignments from the GM.
