Job summary

CONPLEX MARKETING is seeking a hands-on Web Operations Engineer to own and maintain a global portfolio of websites. You will manage backends, hosting, DNS and security while implementing payments, analytics and integrations.

The role requires independent problem solving and ensuring high-availability across international sites. You will work with marketing to launch landing pages, track performance, and keep documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing website backends and technical website operations.
• Strong general coding knowledge, ideally including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a backend language.
• Experience with payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal or similar.
• Experience with analytics, tracking pixels and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, hosting and domain management.
• Strong knowledge of website security, backups and data protection.
• Able to independently manage multiple websites and solve technical issues quickly.
• Experience managing international or high-traffic websites is highly desirable.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who can take full technical ownership of a global website portfolio and keep every site secure, reliable, accurately tracked and commercially operational.

Responsibilities

• Manage website backends, hosting environments, domains, DNS and SSL certificates.
• Set up and maintain payment gateways, checkout flows and payment-related integrations.
• Connect websites with third-party platforms through APIs and webhooks.
• Manage redirects, URL structures, migrations and international domains.
• Install and test tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager and analytics tools.
• Monitor website uptime, speed, security and overall technical performance.
• Troubleshoot bugs, failed payments, broken integrations and tracking issues.
• Manage deployments, staging environments, backups and version control.
• Maintain CMS platforms, databases, forms and automated website workflows.
• Support international requirements including multiple currencies, languages and regional payment methods.
• Work with marketing and commercial teams to launch landing pages and conversion improvements.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for every website and integration.
