Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a Global Warehouse & Distribution Sourcing Manager based in Malaysia to lead global sourcing, warehouse operations, and logistics procurement for semiconductor backend and wafer fab support. You will optimize warehousing, transportation, distribution networks, and cross‑regional fulfillment while driving cost efficiency.

The role requires strong experience in global logistics sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management within high‑tech manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Proven experience in global logistics sourcing, warehouse management, distribution or procurement.
• Experience managing 3PL/4PL providers and freight forwarders.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Understanding of global supply chain operations and logistics networks.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for warehousing, transportation, distribution, and 3PL/4PL services.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate SLAs, pricing structures, and supplier performance metrics.
• Optimize warehouse footprint, inventory flow, and regional fulfillment strategies.
• Manage relationships with global logistics providers and warehouse partners.
• Support semiconductor backend and wafer fab operations and finished goods distribution.
• Analyze logistics spend and drive continuous improvement and digitalization.
