Job summary

Hytech is seeking an experienced Finance Fund Manager to build and optimize the group’s fund management system, implement funding strategies, and oversee risk controls across the process. You will coordinate funds at a macro level and work with third-party payment platforms.

The role requires expertise in fund analysis, forecasting, and efficient resource allocation to support strategic objectives, with strong Mandarin communication for liaising with Mainland China and Taiwan stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Professional certificates (CPA/CFA/FRM) are a plus.
• 3–5+ years in fund management within large corporations or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve fund management policies and procedures for group and private banking sectors.
• Lead development of fund management system and integration with banking accounts and third-party platforms.
• Oversee cross-border fund flows, liquidity management, and risk controls.
