Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst 2 Import & Export to lead inbound freight operations and trade compliance at our Simpang Ampat site. You will manage LMW license activities, coordinate with customs, and drive process automation to ensure smooth material flow and regulatory adherence.

You will collaborate with internal teams, customs authorities, and logistics partners to minimize delays, mitigate risk, and support continuous improvement in our supply chain.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in customs operations, import/export documentation, and international trade.
• Proven experience with customs clearance procedures, documentation management, and cross-border coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of LMW regulations, trade compliance, and Malaysian Customs requirements

Responsibilities

• License & LMW Management: manage license activities and VA approvals for SDSM finished goods return products.
• Trade & Regulatory Compliance: submit MITI and SIRIM permits; apply for ad-hoc inbound licenses.
• Customs Authorization & Shipment Control: provide formal greenlight approvals to shippers after customs approval.
• Inbound Logistics & Operational Support: coordinate end-to-end inbound shipments and liaise with couriers and brokers.
• Stakeholder & Customer Service Management: be the primary contact for internal shipment requests; coordinate with buyers and planners.
• ISO, Governance & Continuous Improvement: act as Logistics ISO Coordinator; support audits and drive automation and digitization.
• Ensure inbound shipments release per licenses; prepare trade analytics reports and maintain documentation
