Zohorecruit is seeking a Trade Excellence & Transformation Manager to lead the global HS classification governance framework and drive trade compliance initiatives across 14 countries. You will standardise classification rules, build a central trade intelligence database, and implement a Trade Control Tower to monitor compliance and performance.

Qualificações

• Experience in HS classification, customs, import/export compliance, or tariff management
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation processes
• Background in process improvement, consulting, or data-driven operations
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Experience in process improvement or transformation projects
• Knowledge of ERP systems, trade systems, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong stakeholder management across regional teams
• Ability to work in complex, multi-country environments
• Good understanding of data governance and operational reporting

Responsabilidades
