Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong data analysis skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in trade compliance or related field.
• Foundational understanding of trade compliance controls and screening tools.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily compliance screening operations and controls against restricted/denied party lists.
• Collaborate with Global Trade team to ensure all decisions comply with US and regional regulations.
• Review international transactions for end-user, end-use, and destination country; manage red flags.
• Maintain, organize, and audit screening records per regulatory requirements.
• Provide training materials and support ongoing compliance education.
• Develop metrics on screening volumes and compliance performance; drive continuous improvement.
