Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. seeks a senior Test Operations and Engineering professional to drive operational excellence across Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and other Asia sites.

You will collaborate with product groups, supply chain, quality, and PMO to optimize test processes and deliver KPI improvements in OEE, yield, and cycle time. Responsibilities include coordinating test capacity expansions, deploying new tester technology, and ensuring a smooth transfer from NPI to high-volume

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computing or related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years in High Volume Semiconductor Test Manufacturing or Test Product Engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital/power test methodologies and failure analysis.
• Experience with major ATE tester platforms and test handlers/probers.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface Test Operations with Renesas Product Groups and cross-functional teams globally.
• Execute daily test operations with internal factories and OSATs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate transfer from NPI to High Volume Manufacturing for testing.
• Lead test capacity expansions and deploy new tester/handler technology.
• Drive optimization initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and cycle time.
• Implement best practices within test manufacturing sites.
