Job summary

Mettler Toledo Malaysia is seeking a technical support specialist to join the helpdesk team. You will resolve technical issues via calls and emails and assist with product testing and remote training using the virtual studio system.

The role requires 2+ years in service or maintenance support, an automation/mechatronics background, and fluent English. Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is part of the schedule; benefits include medical and life insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in service or maintenance support.
• Fluent in English.
• Completed technical education in automation or mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Support technical helpdesk team and provide excellent customer service and resolve technical issues via calls and emails.
• Support product testing and ensure test requests are delivered on time.
• Operate the virtual studio system to support technical training.
• Work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as rotated.
• Coordinate with overseas sales offices on product testing logistics and conduct product tests.
• Collaborate with Market Manager to operate the eStudio on remote demos and training.
