DayOne Data Centers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax workstreams for new markets, projects, JVs, and M&A initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration while ensuring tax risk is identified and mitigated.

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification with strong tax background.
• Experience in deal advisory and multi-jurisdictional tax matters.
• Ability to translate complex tax concepts into practical business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage tax due diligence across multiple jurisdictions in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
• Provide technical tax input on new market entries, projects, entities, acquisitions, disposals, and investment transactions, including SPA review.
• Work out mitigation plans for tax risks identified during due diligence and post-deal integration.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure tax positions are reflected and protected.
