Job summary

DayOne Data Centers, a Singapore-headquartered global digital infrastructure platform, seeks a Senior Tax Manager to lead regional tax workstreams across Asia, Europe and beyond. You will oversee tax due diligence for new markets, transactions, and post-deal implementations, ensuring compliant structures and documented positions.

You should bring 10+ years in deal advisory, strong cross-border tax knowledge, and excellent project management and communication skills to influence legal, finance

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant deal advisory experience
• Ability to translate complex tax concepts into business insights
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions (APAC/Europe) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead tax due diligence for new market entries, projects, JV/M&A, and post-deal integration
• Manage tax due diligence across Asia, Europe and Latin America
• Provide technical tax input on market entries, transactions, and entity structuring (including SPA reviews)
• Develop mitigation plans for tax risks identified in due diligence and post-deal phases
• Maintain documentation of post-transaction tax positions and assumptions
• Support corporate structuring and advise on optimal legal structures in new markets
• Lead tax workstreams for group structuring exercises
• Evaluate tax implications of asset and share transfers
• Coordinate with legal and finance to ensure proper tax treatment in transactions
