DayOne Data Centers is a Singapore-headquartered global digital infrastructure platform that develops and operates next-generation data centers across Asia Pacific and Europe. Trusted by leading hyperscalers and businesses, the company engineers, builds, and operates high-capacity, AI-ready campuses with speed, scale, and reliability.
DayOne builds and operates hyperscale data centers across seven markets in APAC and Europe. We raised US$4.5B in Series C funding, and we’re building the internal functions to match that scale. Most of what you’ll work on here doesn’t have a template yet. The processes, the systems, the ways of working: a significant amount of it still needs to be built by the people in these roles.
The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for leading and managing tax workstreams relating to new market entry, new projects, joint venture, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestments, and corporate restructuring initiatives across multiple jurisdictions in Asia, Europe and South America The role focuses on tax due diligence, transaction execution, restructuring implementation, and post-deal integration, ensuring tax risks are identified, managed, and appropriately documented in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.
If you’ve spent your career executing inside a function someone else built, this is a different kind of job. DayOne is at the stage where the people joining now get to define how things are done and not inherit a system and maintain it. That’s genuinely rare at a company operating at this scale. The work is complex, the pace is real, and the decisions you make will still be visible five years from now.
DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
