Job summary

DayOne Data Centers, a Singapore-headquartered global digital infrastructure platform, seeks a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax workstreams for new markets and M&A across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. You will drive tax due diligence, advise on market entries and corporate restructuring, and ensure compliant post-deal integration with legal and finance teams.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in deal advisory, strong analytical skills, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Law.
• Minimum 10 years of deal advisory experience with regional or global exposure.
• Strong analytical capability to assess tax risks and implications across jurisdictions.
• Ability to translate complex tax concepts into practical business and deal insights.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax due diligence across multiple jurisdictions in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
• Provide technical tax input on new market entries, projects, acquisitions, disposals and structuring, including SPA review.
• Coordinate with legal and finance to ensure seamless post-deal integration and tax structuring.
