Job summary

Dyson seeks an Operations Project Lead to drive cross-functional Global Supply Chain projects within the GSC team. You will deliver new products, coordinate end-to-end supply chain inputs, and manage strategic change initiatives.

The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and potential progression into line management as the OPM function grows. Based in Malaysia, Johor Bahru, you will champion new ways of working and ensure on-time market delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional supply chain initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Capex budgeting and reporting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and industrialization of new Dyson products within the GSC project team.
• Coordinate end-to-end Global Supply Chain plan across functions (Manufacturing Eng, Tooling, MTest, Procurement, Planning, After Sales, external partners).
• Oversee supplier selection inputs and ensure capacity installation to meet market delivery timelines.
• Drive production ramp alignment and portfolio reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, escalate appropriately, and prepare project status reports.
• Manage resource triage, prioritization, and adherence to committed plans; monitor external partners.
