Dyson is seeking an Operations Project Manager to join its Global Supply Chain. You will act as the PLT representative on priority projects, coordinating procurement, manufacturing engineering, tooling, testing, supply chain, after-sales servicing, and commercial operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

You will guide design and development, lead cross-functional project plans, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across GSC functions.

Qualificações

• Degree in STEM or related subject.
• Experience in project or programme management in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience applying change, risk and schedule management processes.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and GSC interactions.
• Proficient in translating business needs into requirements for product development.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Decision making under risk with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to drive project teams and inspire.

Responsabilidades

• Act as single point of contact for GSC on priority projects.
• Guide PLT on GSC considerations of design and development.
• Coordinate PLT decisions into GSC activities.
• Deliver GSC assessments and inputs to Milestone process.
• Lead strategic technical reviews on Make vs Buy, Manufacturing, Supply Chain.
• Identify and execute GSC transfer of ownership between NPI Ops and Operations Sustaining.
• Initiate and lead project reviews to identify GSC risks and mitigation plans.
• Develop cross-functional project plans with tangible deliverables.
• Capture lessons learnt and drive continuous improvement for OPM capability.
