Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Supply Chain Business Manager in Malaysia to own supplier relationships for VAF/Frames and drive performance improvements across on-time delivery, inventory, and quality.

You’ll monitor metrics, lead initiatives to mitigate risks, and coordinate with Procurement, Engineering and Quality to ensure supply continuity. Required are a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of supplier performance management experience, with proficiency in SAP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of supplier performance management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational relationship with assigned suppliers for VAF/Frames and act as the primary point of contact for supply chain matters.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance through metrics such as on-time delivery, consignment, lead time, inventory, quality, and responsiveness.
• Drive supply continuity by identifying risks and leading mitigation and recovery actions.
