BETWEEN is seeking a Supply Chain professional to support long-term LFP projects. You will work with NPI, SC, and R&D teams globally, handling BOM changes, cost control, and tools maintenance. The role offers a monthly net salary and potential remote work for those outside Johor Bahru, with occasional plant or Singapore visits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting supply chain services for manufacturing projects.
• Strong data analysis and cost tracking using Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain services for LFP projects.
• Manage BOMs including PCO control and structural changes.
• Oversee cost control and approvals (production quotes, MOQ, tooling, cost reduction).
• Coordinate with NPI, SC, and R&D teams (schedule control, release plan, lead times, POs, metrology, tracking).
• Test and maintain internal tools (ESCPD, macros, etc.).
• Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis, cost tracking, and inventory control.
• Communicate fluently in English with international teams.
