BETWEEN Group is seeking a Supply Chain professional to join a long-term project in the Large Format Printing (LFP) sector. The role provides key support to supply chain operations and collaborates with NPI, SC, and R&D teams on a global level.

You will work aligned with Malaysian office hours in a permanent contract. If you live in Johor Bahru, you can work from the office; remote work is possible from other parts of Malaysia with occasional visits to the plant or Singapore.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration (ADE).
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar supply chain role.
• High level of English required for international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in industrial or printing environments valued.

Responsabilidades

• Support supply chain services for LFP projects.
• BOM management (PCO control and structural changes).
• Cost control and approvals: production quotes, MOQ, tooling, cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordination with NPI, Supply Chain, and R&D teams (schedule control, release plan, lead time, purchase orders, metrology, and process tracking).
• Testing and maintenance of internal tools (ESCPD, macros, etc.).
• Advanced use of Excel for data analysis, cost tracking, and inventory control.
• Fluent communication in English with international teams.

We are looking for a Supply Chain professional to join a long‑term project in the Large Format Printing (LFP) sector. The selected candidate will provide key support to supply chain operations and work closely with departments such as NPI, SC, and R&D at a global level.

Main responsibilities

• Support supply chain services for LFP projects.
• BOM management (PCO control and structural changes).
• Cost control and approvals: production quotes, MOQ, tooling, cost reduction initiatives, etc.
• Coordination with NPI, Supply Chain, and R&D teams (schedule control, release plan, lead time, purchase orders, metrology, and process tracking).
• Testing and maintenance of internal tools (ESCPD, macros, etc.).
• Advanced use of Excel for data analysis, cost tracking, and inventory control.
• Fluent communication in English with international teams.

How you will work

• You will work aligned with Malaysian office hours.
• Permanent contract from day one.
• If you live in Johor Bahru, you can work from the office. If you live in other parts of Malaysia, remote work is possible, but occasional visits to the plant or to Singapore are expected.
• Monthly net salary of 7,000–8,000 MYR, depending on demonstrated experience.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration (ADE).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English (essential for working in an international environment).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD tools and/or IT software is a plus.
• Experience in industrial or printing environments will be highly valued.
