TYMBA Education in Malaysia is seeking an International Student Recruitment Manager to grow international enrolment across professional, diploma and degree programs. You will own the pipeline from lead generation to enrolment and lead a high-performing recruitment team.

You will travel extensively to key markets, manage relationships with agents and partners, and ensure compliance with both education standards and immigration regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malaysia.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in international student recruitment within higher education.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment targets with numbers.
• Established agent network in key markets (South Asia, Africa, Middle East, China or ASEAN).
• Knowledge of EMGS student visa process and Malaysian private higher education sector.

• Develop and implement international recruitment strategies to meet enrolment targets.
• Build, train and manage overseas education agents and partners.
• Represent TYMBA at education fairs, roadshows, and webinars in Malaysia and abroad.
• Travel frequently to recruit students and strengthen partnerships.
• Lead the international recruitment team and coach members.
