Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks an Engineer Factory Integration to lead global IT projects for SPC software, plan resources, budgets, time, scope and risk, and to manage software rollout.

You will support SPC IT systems in our semiconductor backend and frontend production, collaborate with cross functional teams, and ensure system health and SLA targets while advancing operational stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in CS/Software Eng/IT.
• 1–3 years in software administration/operation, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in project management using classic and agile methods; Agile Coach or Scrum Master helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan global IT projects for SPC software environment with resources, budget, time, scope, risk and quality.
• Communicate with stakeholders and project members.
• Identify dependencies and risks; manage planning with business users and cross-functional teams.
• Establish project governance and present status to stakeholders.
• Plan and implement software rollout.
• Provide operational support for SPC IT systems in semiconductor frontend/backend production.
• Maintain system health, troubleshoot, and monitor to meet SLA targets.
• Drive new measures for operational stability and support 24/7 operations.
