Job summary

Mowinton Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead smart factory automation initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on project leadership in high-tech environments and collaboration across engineering, operations, IT and vendors.

You will oversee end-to-end projects, ensure integration of MES and automation systems, manage schedules and budgets, enforce cybersecurity and data governance, and drive continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience in high-tech/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Project management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for smart factory automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT and vendors to deliver automation solutions.
• Manage integration of MES, SFI, EI, Scheduling, and Automation systems.
• Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with manufacturing goals including data analytics and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery and quality.
