Job summary

BP plc in Malaysia seeks a Sourcing Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities across Castrol sites, managing supplier relationships and evaluating market intelligence to optimize value. You will work within a defined global process framework, balancing cost, risk, and operational flexibility, while aligning with BP’s HSSE and governance standards.

You will collaborate with manufacturing plants and facilities, handling multiple projects, and leveraging eSourcing tools

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sourcing experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Fluent in English (verbal & written); additional Asian/European language skills are a plus
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement process, especially Sourcing and Contracting

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Sourcing and Contracting projects for Castrol, including RFI/RFP/Reverse Auctions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to manufacturing and facilities requirements
• Negotiate commercial terms to optimize total cost of ownership and risk allocation
• Perform supplier prequalification and manage contract content and approvals
• Drive supplier engagement and ensure fair, visible outcomes across regions
