NEXT Ventures seeks a hands-on Social Media & Community Manager for FundedNext in Kuala Lumpur. You will own platform presence, craft content, and run end-to-end campaigns while growing thriving fintech communities.

Bring 2–3 years of independent management across platforms, strong content & campaign skills, and familiarity with Discord, Telegram, X, and analytics tools to shape our engaged trader audience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years managing social media and/or community platforms independently.
• Strong portfolio of platform ownership, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, or trading forums.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and platform-native analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own Platform Presence: manage FundedNext’s presence across social platforms.
• Create & Publish Content: develop platform-specific content approaches and schedules.
• Moderate & Grow Communities: lead moderation across channels and enforce guidelines.
• Engage & Respond: interact with audiences and resolve sensitive interactions.
• Monitor & Analyse Performance: track KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Lead Campaigns: execute social campaigns end-to-end.
• Adopt AI Tools: stay updated on AI-driven workflows and tools.
