Job summary

CSI Interfusion Inc. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Service Engineer Program Manager to lead service engineering delivery, coordinating live-site operations and multi‑regional teams.

The role blends project planning, customer engagement, and delivery excellence, requiring strong leadership, incident management, and collaboration across engineering, operations, and global stakeholders in different time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical service delivery, engineering operations, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python programming or scripting.
• Proven experience building teams from the ground up and driving project execution across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead live-site service operations, including on-call rotations and incident response.
• Plan and coordinate project delivery across engineering, operations, and global teams.
• Serve as a key customer contact, clarify requirements and communicate progress.
• Coordinate release, security, and quality assurance activities.
• Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, documentation, communication mechanisms, and quality standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day team administration.
