Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical service delivery, engineering operations, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python programming or scripting.
• Proven experience building teams from the ground up and driving project execution across multiple workstreams.

Technical Service Engineer Program Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer Lead based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to lead service engineering delivery. The role combines project coordination, customer engagement, service operations, and local team development.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1) Lead live-site service operations, including on-call rotations, incident response, IcM coordination, issue mitigation, and post-incident follow-up.
2. 2) Plan and coordinate project delivery across engineering, operations, and global teams, managing schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and status reporting.
3. 3) Serve as a key customer contact, clarify requirements, communicate progress and risks, and coordinate issue resolution.
4. 4) Coordinate release, security, and quality assurance activities, including deployment validation, rollback readiness, vulnerability remediation, testing, and automation.
5. 5) Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, documentation, communication mechanisms, and quality standards.
6. 6) Support recruitment, onboarding, work allocation, handovers, offboarding, and day-to-day team administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. 1) Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 2) 3+ years of experience in technical service delivery, engineering operations, or project coordination.
3. 3) Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python programming or scripting.
4. 4) Proven experience building teams from the ground up and driving project execution from 0 to 1.
5. 5) Experience managing project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, status reports, actions, and issues across multiple workstreams.
6. 6) Experience leading customer communication and coordinating delivery across local and global teams in different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 1) Experience with incident response, release coordination, testing, vulnerability remediation, or production service operations.
2. 2) Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese.
3. 3) Experience using AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
