Bybit Limited in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Security Compliance Governance professional to translate regulatory requirements into security platform specifications and to support audits.

You will lead governance across regions, drive vulnerability management, SIEM monitoring, and audit evidence readiness, while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and GDPR. Fluent English and Chinese are preferred for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in information security with at least 3 years in governance, audits or operations.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR; knowledge of DORA, MAS TRM is a plus.
• Hands-on in audits (internal or external) and audit evidence remediation.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; able to read regulatory docs and communicate with overseas teams.
• Strong cross-functional and time zone collaboration skills.

• Lead or participate in security audit preparation and evidence delivery.
• Drive security governance across multiple regions, including vulnerability management and SIEM monitoring.
• Support license applications with security architecture descriptions and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain security metrics and regular security operation reports.
• Collaborate across regions to ensure regulatory and security controls alignment.
