KLK OLEO is seeking an SAP professional to join the Global SAP team in Malaysia. You will handle SAP SD/MM support, participate in change requests, and assist in project rollouts across regions.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SAP modules with exposure via coursework or internships.
• Experience in SAP SD/MM and related modules is advantageous.
• Hands-on configurations and ability to produce FSD/TSD documents is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI concepts or tools and willingness to learn is desired.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 global SAP functional support across SD, MM and other modules.
• Monitor incidents and service requests, and escalate when needed.
• Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams for troubleshooting.
• Prepare, review and consolidate change requests for developments.
• Contribute to rollout implementations of global and regional SAP projects.
