Job summary

SCHOTT ASIA IT SERVICES SDN BHD in Cyberjaya, Selangor invites a Senior Specialist - SAP SD to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on delivering expert-level SAP SD consulting, managing complex implementations, and driving regional digital transformation initiatives.

You will work across SAP SD modules, coordinate with IT and business stakeholders, mentor juniors, and contribute to process optimization while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years direct experience in SAP SD module.
• In-depth configuration and customizing knowledge in SAP SD and SD interfaces.
• Strong understanding of SD process and cross-module integration.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end SAP SD operations globally, including incidents, problems and change requests.
• Deliver high-quality functional and technical support for SAP S/4HANA SD.
• Participate in international and regional SAP SD projects and rollouts.
• Consult on process optimization and design future SD processes within the SCHOTT Group.
• Coordinate with IT, SAP colleagues and stakeholders to drive timely, quality outcomes.
• Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for SAP key users.
• Mentor and coach juniors; provide peer review.
• Undertake other related duties as assigned.
