Job summary

Jabil seeks an Enterprise Solution Specialist to support SAP and enterprise applications within our global IT SAS team. You will analyze business requirements, resolve system issues, and drive process improvements across functions, with exposure to Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Quality through rotation and learning.

You will collaborate with developers, basis, and business stakeholders across regions to deliver solutions and ensure data integrity, security, and timely resolutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Approximately 3+ years in IT support, business systems, or ERP environments.
• Basic SAP knowledge in areas like Planning, Purchasing, Inventory & Warehouse, or Sales.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 functional support for SAP and integrated enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of production issues.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Identify process or system gaps and recommend improvements aligned with business needs.
• Work closely with technical teams (developers, basis) and business stakeholders across global regions.
• Perform system configuration and support enhancements in assigned functional areas.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, including process flows and data structures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure system processes, documentation, and work instructions are accurate, efficient, and up to date.
• Communicate progress, issues, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by prioritizing and resolving user issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and company policies.
