Doo Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Junior/Senior) to lead full-cycle recruitment for sales roles across regional markets. You will identify regional talent pools, source candidates via portals and social networks, and collaborate with Sales leaders to define profiles.

Fluent English is required, Mandarin a plus. The role supports international growth and includes building a strong sales team through proactive pipeline management and effective interview guidance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales recruitment (in-house or agency), high-volume/target-driven.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, niche sales boards, and industry networks.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience building high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles across regional markets.

• Partner with Sales leaders to define candidate profiles and assess fit.
