Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 3–5 years of RTR/GL or financial reporting experience.
• Experience in SSC/GBS environment is a plus; strong Excel and ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing activities with timely, accurate reporting.
• Perform general ledger accounting: journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Handle intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and open balances.
• Ensure compliance with standards, controls, and company policies.
• Identify process improvements and assist audits and ad hoc projects.
