Job summary

NCS Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Regulatory Specialist I to support global regulatory compliance for a portfolio of technology products across international markets.

You will work with Engineering, manufacturing partners, test labs, certification agencies, and internal teams to ensure certifications remain current, manage renewals, coordinate sample shipments, and maintain comprehensive regulatory records throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of working experience in document control, compliance, quality, regulatory affairs, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to support Taiwan customers/members.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory certification support for global markets and products.
• Coordinate procurement, tracking, and delivery of product samples for testing and certifications.
• Maintain regulatory documentation libraries and technical files across platforms.
• Handle regulatory document requests and provide certificates, reports, and declarations as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, testing labs, and regulatory bodies worldwide.
