Job summary

One Belian Seed PLT seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the plant’s Quality Control, Food Safety and Process Engineering across powder beverage categories. You will own enforcement of engineering standards and testing, inspection, and release discipline on the factory floor and in the QC lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Technology, Dairy Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
• Master’s degree (MSc) in Food Science or Analytical Chemistry is advantageous.
• HACCP Level 3 certification; FSSC 22000 / BRC Internal or Lead Auditor preferred.
• ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 Internal Auditor qualification is advantageous.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ and GAMP 5 validation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant’s integrated Quality Control, Food Safety and Process Engineering function.
• Own enforcement of engineering standards on the factory floor and in the QC lab.
• Develop and validate validation protocols and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and process capability agenda.
• Ensure audit readiness and customer trust through robust reporting.
