Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or back office environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to analyze data to support discretionary decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks and deliverables in assigned queues and cases.
• Analyze queries and make informed decisions on seller disputes and billing queries in line with SOP & Policy guidelines.
• Decide on credit/debit card disputes with consideration of Card Associations and processors.
• Provide feedback on SOPs and meet minimum performance targets in queues.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication for customers and stakeholders.
