Crewstone International Private Equity & Investments in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Investment Analyst to screen opportunities, conduct due diligence, and build robust financial models for potential deals. You will collaborate with the investment team to assess viability, refine models, and prepare compelling investment recommendations.

The role requires a Finance degree and 2–4 years of experience, with strong Excel skills.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
CFA Level 1 or other relevant certification is an advantage.
2–4 years of investment analysis, private equity, corporate finance, asset management, or related financial services.
Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and investment fundamentals.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to present clear investment recommendations.

Responsabilidades

Screen deal opportunities against the fund’s mandate and investment criteria.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential opportunities, including financial statements analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess potential returns and risks.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
Support fundraising activities and investor communications.
