Responsibilities

Assist in conducting financial analysis and modelling for potential investments.
Support in formulating industry and market research to drive investment theses.
Assist in due diligence processes, including legal, financial and operational reviews.
Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and internal committees.
Support deal execution, including negotiations and documentation.
Monitor portfolio company performance and financial results.
Collaborate with management teams to drive value creation initiatives.
Track industry trends and identify risks and opportunities.
Maintain internal databases and deal tracking systems.
