Job summary

Steelcase is seeking a pricing analyst to support regional pricing for major projects and global tenders, developing pricing strategies and profitability analyses. You will work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure pricing accuracy and policy compliance across markets.

You’ll monitor pricing trends, collaborate with global teams, and drive improvements in pricing systems and contract management, contributing to business performance and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Demonstrating ability to analyze data and support business decision-making.
• Communicating effectively and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supporting regional pricing for large projects and global tenders by developing pricing strategies and preparing profitability analysis.
• Monitoring compliance with company pricing policies and supporting approval processes for large deals and contracts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Procurement) to coordinate pricing for complex projects.
• Partnering with global teams (NA and EMEA) to support pricing for global contracts and ensure alignment.
• Analyzing product pricing trends across markets to inform pricing strategy and business decisions.
• Maintaining pricing systems and dashboards while driving improvements in pricing processes and contract management.
