Job summary

Celestica is seeking an Analyst, Material Pricing in Penang, Malaysia to manage pricing for regional/global customers across a market segment. You will collaborate with global customer units, program management, finance, and sales to determine pricing strategies and deliver competitive pricing solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include bid pricing, BOM cost analysis, margin recommendations, and presenting solutions to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of costing/pricing experience in the market segment.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with MS Office and Access.

Responsibilities

Manage material pricing for regional/global customers in a market segment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine pricing strategy.
Project manage pricing initiatives with SCM, costing, and engineering teams.
Prepare pricing solutions for bids and manage pricing throughout product life cycle.
Provide insights to support negotiations with customers or suppliers.
Present pricing proposals to stakeholders.
Perform trend analyses and market research to enable competitiveness.
Drive continuous margin improvement and pricing process efficiency.
