Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plating and surface treatment operations.
• Lead, train, and supervise technicians.
• Develop and optimize plating processes.
• Monitor bath chemistry and process parameters.
• Plan and carry out equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Keep accurate records of operations and maintenance.
• Analyze production data and drive process improvements.
• Implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment or technologies.
