Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Surface Treatment Engineer for its Kulim facility to develop and optimize surface treatment processes for materials, achieving corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetics.

You will implement QA protocols, monitor performance, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of plating, coating, anodizing, and passivation.
• Ability to troubleshoot process issues and propose solutions.
