Job summary

Jungheinrich Business Excellence Center Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Specialist to support certificate and domain management across our global IT landscape.

You will help ensure secure, stable operations of digital certificates, TLS/SSL, DNS, and related security services. You will collaborate with international IT teams to manage lifecycles, service requests, and incidents while maintaining high security and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of IT infrastructure or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PKI, TLS/SSL, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience with DNS and domain management.
• Experience handling service requests and incidents.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support digital certificates throughout their lifecycle, including issuance, renewal, replacement, and revocation.
• Support domain and DNS management activities to ensure smooth operation of business-critical services.
• Monitor certificate validity and proactively prevent certificate expirations.
• Handle service requests, incidents, and operational tasks related to certificate and domain management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving certificates, DNS, TLS/SSL, and related infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, application owners, and external providers to maintain service reliability.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for certificate and domain management.
