Job summary

DHI Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for multiple entities and countries. You will execute payroll activities, validate data, and coordinate with external providers while maintaining records and ensuring payroll controls.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll activities for assigned entities/countries.
• Validate payroll inputs and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and HR/Finance stakeholders.
• Support payroll reporting, year-end activities, and statutory submissions.
• Respond to employee payroll queries within SLAs.
